📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: $12

• Express Shipping: $16

• FREE Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $120

⏱ Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.
