Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – DREAMR ACTIVEWEAR

We want you to absolutely love your DREAMR pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@dreamractivewear.com.au with photos.

We will happily offer you:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item, at no extra cost.


✅ Change of Mind & Sizing

We accept returns for store credit only on full-priced items if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags are still attached

  • The return is lodged within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Sale or promotional items marked as Final Sale

  • Underwear (if applicable)


⏱ Processing Time

Once received and approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
